BCBG accepts eligible returns within 30 days. To qualify for 30 Days Free Returns, the return must be started by contacting customer service first and following the return instructions provided by our team.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Please do not send a return to any address without receiving instructions from customer service first. We do not display a fixed return address because return details may vary by order.
